Are your lawn care customer letters personalized?
One of our Gopher Lawn Care Business Forum members put together this great letter to send out to his lawn care customers. When I asked him about the letter he said “A letter from me might just remind them that their lawn service is friendly & shares apart of itself, with them.
I also promote a referral system that offers money. I think it is better because more people like MONEY then they do random items…
I’m hoping to remind people we have a referral system, & that everyone can take part in!”

One of the things I like about your letter is that you included your picture in the letter. I haven’t seen that done before. What made you decide to do that?
“The point of my letter is to bond with my customers, by giving my company a face.
I want them to know we are real, & not machines, numbers, or just a pretty logo. We are human just like them, & I believe they will feel more comfortable with knowing that.
Looking official is great, but sometimes too official can be scary for customers. If I were to deal with a company, I’d like to get to know them before I hire them, it would make me feel safe & probably more trusting towards them.
A logo doesn’t do a company full justice, the company needs a face.”
