So ultimately I will help you save money and sell your house.
Don’t drop your house price by $10,000 when you can offer free lawn care for a year and it only costs you $x.
You don’t have to pay me until you sell the house. Then I will start my lawn care servicing on the property. You can’t lose on this deal.”
