Condo Association Lawn Care Contract

This condo association consists of 82 condos. The lawn care contractor is to be paid in ten installments, with a $7,220 invoice sent monthly from March through December.

$67,635 - Total year contract not including taxes.

Also to be provided are winter snow plowing services at the additional rate of:
